The Allure Tower project was developed by Doruk GYG in Avcılar.

Located 3 kilometers from the sea bus terminal, the project is situated close to Beykent, Gelişim, Fatih, and Istanbul universities.

The Allure Tower project, comprising 400 residences, is constructed as a single 30-story block.

The Allure Tower project features 1+1 apartments ranging from 71-80 square meters and 2+1 apartments ranging from 81-137 square meters.
