Comcity is a Class A office park in southwest Moscow. The first phase of construction, Phase Alpha, was completed in 2014.

The Bravo phase of the Comcity Office Park will include two office buildings with a total leasable area of ​​61,000 square meters, a shopping gallery, underground and above-ground parking, and a 150-room Novotel hotel managed by the international AccorHotels chain. Completion of the second phase is scheduled for the first half of 2022. The total project area is 103,000 square meters.

The general contractor for the work is the international company Renaissance Construction, which is responsible for the construction of the Alpha phase of the Comcity Office Park.
